A Big Game
September 21, 2003
This past Saturday, Toledo hosted the Pitt Panthers in the biggest non-conference game in the school's history. Pittsburgh came in ranked #9 in the country and AP assigned the game to me.
After Toledo did the improbable and won, (and moved to #26 in the rankings) I went home to find that they actually used my photos on some Web sites!

Pittsburgh Tight End Kris Wilson (83) leaps for a pass in the end zone late in the first quarter in the Glass Bowl Saturday, Sept. 20, 2003, in Toledo, Ohio. Wilson's catch put Pittsburgh ahead of the Toledo Rockets 6-0.

Toledo defender Keon Jackson (6) dives for an interception against Pittsburgh during the first quarter in the Glass Bowl Saturday, Sept. 20, 2003, in Toledo, Ohio.
